Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment from you has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and quality checks. We normally despatch your order within 7 working days of it being accepted, although this may take a little longer during busy periods. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or taking longer to despatch, we will notify you of any delay and despatch your goods as soon as possible. Alternatively, you have the option to choose a different item or request a refund.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments at no additional cost to you.
