All rights to the contents of this website and the Copyright of the products contained therein, are owned by Buckley and Booth. Any use of the website or it’s contents, including copying and storing images without prior permission for commercial purposes, is prohibited. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose without our prior consent.

 

Placing an order

 

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact us prior to placing an order using the contact details given above. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Buckley and Booth to purchase a luxury home gift detailed upon the terms described in your order. 

 

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please read our information provided explaining the delivery times and charges.

 

Payment

 

Payments for orders through the website can be made using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Maestro and American Express. Payment will be debited from your account immediately by PayPal on placing the order.

 

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation from PayPal that your payment has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Buckley and Booth for the sale of our products will only exist once the order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account, then we can cancel the contract. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) Prices shown on our website are fully inclusive of VAT. If you order from outside the UK, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

 

Free UK Delivery

 

This promotion is valid on all items and is limited to UK standard delivery only. Other despatch services will incur a charge as specified in our delivery information.

Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment from you has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and quality checks. We normally despatch your order within 7 working days of it being accepted, although this may take a little longer during busy periods. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or taking longer to despatch, we will notify you of any delay and despatch your goods as soon as possible. Alternatively, you have the option to choose a different item or request a refund.

 

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments at no additional cost to you.

 

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver your goods to you within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery as a result of the carrier or actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us at customercare@buckleyandbooth.co.uk as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. If we are unable to get your goods to you within a reasonable time, you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the carrier company.

 

We will deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If the products are returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from its depot when requested, we shall refund the price of the products less the delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods, plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.

 

If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven working days of delivery at customercare@buckleyandbooth.co.uk. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you, a neighbour or to your designated safe place. Once goods have been delivered to you, a neighbour or to your designated safe place they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Please be aware that for international deliveries, you are liable for any local import duties which may apply. Orders despatched to regions outside of the UK do not include the cushion inserts. International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Lost items

 

Undelivered items are not classified as ‘lost’ by Royal Mail until 10 working days for Special Delivery™ Next Day or 15 working days for other services has elapsed from the due date of delivery.

 

Cancellation rights

 

Under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract.

 

If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

 

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit/debit card will be re-credited to your account within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. 

 

Cancellation by us

 

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; we are unable to deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

 

If we do cancel your contract for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

Returns

 

Unless an item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of any products to us. If you do not pay the costs of delivery on a returned item, we will be entitled to deduct the full cost from the amount to be re-credited to you.

 

You will be re-credited in full for the delivery costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods.

 

When returning any products to us, please ensure that you enclose full details of your name and address, reason for return and the sales order number which can be found on your delivery note (supplied with your order). Please clearly mark whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel and return it to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure that the carrier includes sufficient insurance to cover the value of the consignment. 

 

Conformity of goods

 

We take every care to ensure that the descriptions, specifications and representations of the products on our website are correct. However, specifications, descriptions and photographic representations of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. The colour reproduction of the product photographs is as accurate a representation as we can reasonably achieve and we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

 

Due to the individually hand crafted nature of our products, each item is unique in finish and therefore quantities purchased together may not match exactly. Our products are crafted using high quality, natural materials which may show variations in colour and texture. These variations are part of the aesthetic appeal of the products and do not compromise the products’ integrity nor are they viewed as a defect.

 

Law and territory

 

This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of its usage are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and advise you to look through them before making each purchase.

 

Third party rights

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
